Looking for New Tech Talent?

The Nevada County Tech Connection sponsored by Nevada County’s Economic Resource Council offers a Talent Directory section for individuals to highlight their skills, experience and background as well as to provide contact information and availability for use by prospective employers. Students who visited the Nev. Co/ERC zoom room at the Chico State University Technical Career Fair were encouraged to establish talent profiles to further their career prospects in Nevada County. We will be profiling these talented new prospective employees in an ongoing series here on our blog and social media.

First to be profiled is Cody Delozier, who writes that “I am currently attending my final semester at Chico State and set to complete my B.S. in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Business Administration by December 2020. I have experience with Python, Bash scripting, C++, HTML and MySQL due to the courses I have taken thus far.” Valuable skills for the contemporary workplace for sure! Cody is a seasoned IT consultant with experience across disciplines looking to continue a history of providing
top-tier customer support while transitioning into Information Security. He is currently an Associate Information Technology Consultant at Matson & Isom Technology Consulting and has worked part-time for them for nearly 4 years while pursuing his studies at Chico State.
