Renewal Support Administrator Opportunity at Telestream
Telestream is currently seeking a professional Renewal Support Administrator to join their team. The Renewal Support Administrator will respond to renewal requests from internal and external customers, as well as pro-actively provide renewal quotes. Key to this position outcomes are the timely and efficient processing and quote generation of renewals utilizing a CRM system and all necessary applications to track and generate quotes for all renewal opportunities.
Associate Technical Support Specialist Opportunity at Telestream
The Associate Technical Support Specialists works with Telestream’s Vantage customers by providing world-class technical support via email and telephone. The customers you will be supporting range from large enterprise scale companies to individual consumers to small non-profit organizations.
